South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Ballantyne Ridge Wolves (Charlotte, NC), 50-7 in a league battle.

With the win, South Mecklenburg advances its record to 2-6 on the season. The Sabres travel to Myers Park (Charlotte, NC) to encounter the Mustangs in a 4A South Meck battle on Friday, November 1. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 4-5. Myers Park won 56-0 in their recent league battle against Berry (Charlotte, NC)
