October 4, 2022: Thomasville, NC 27360 The East Davidson Golden Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Salisbury Hornets to 0 in the Golden Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles now possess a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Davidson for a Central Carolina 1A/2A game on Thursday, October 6. East Davidson will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Thomasville (Thomasville, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-11.
The Hornets (13-5) will now prepare for their game against Lexington (Lexington, NC). The Yellowjackets enter the Central Carolina 1A/2A game with a 8-9 record. In their last game, Lexington was dropped by West Davidson (Lexington, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
