October 4, 2023: Blakely, GA 39823 Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Baconton Charter Blazers (Baconton, GA) and the host Early County Bobcats (Blakely, GA), witnessed Baconton Charter's softball squad prevail over Early County by a count of 18-1.
The Blazers now sport a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mitchell County for a 1A D-II Region 1 match on Thursday, October 5.
With the loss, Early County moves to 10-7 on the season. The Bobcats host Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA) to face the Indians in a 1A D-II Region 1 match on Thursday, October 5.
