Georgia High School Softball - Baconton Charter bounces Seminole County
September 26, 2023: Donalsonville, GA 39845 Baconton Charter Blazers (Baconton, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Seminole County Indians (Donalsonville, GA), 12-1 in a league challenge.
The Blazers now sport a 15-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Terrell County for a 1A D-II Region 1 challenge on Thursday, September 28. Baconton Charter will face a Greenwave squad coming off a 25-9 league loss to Early County (Blakely, GA). The Greenwave record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Seminole County falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Indians host Dougherty (Albany, GA) to face the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 27. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 4-12. Dougherty won 17-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Westover (Albany, GA)
