Massachusetts High School Football - Governor's Academy tops Brooks
October 4, 2024: North Andover, MA 01845 The Governor's Academy Governors football squad scored 36 points and limited the host Brooks to 13 in the Governors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Governors now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Milton Academy for a Independent School ISL-7 test on Friday, October 11. Governor's Academy will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 24-21 league loss to St. Sebastian's School (Needham, MA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Brooks drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The travel to Thayer Academy (Braintree, MA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, October 11. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-3. Thayer Academy lost 43-8 in their recent league test against Buckingham Browne & Nichols (Cambridge, MA)
