October 4, 2024: Anderson, TX 77830 Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls (Anderson, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Crockett Bulldogs (Crockett, TX), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Anderson-Shiro improves its record to 23-9 on the season. The Fighting Owls travel to Onalaska (Onalaska, TX) to encounter the Wildcats in a 3A Region III District 23 test on Tuesday, October 8. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 10-21. Onalaska lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Coldspring-Oakhurst (Coldspring, TX)
The Bulldogs now own a 0-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Waverly for a 3A Region III District 23 test on Tuesday, October 8.
