October 5, 2023: Jesup, GA 31545 In Thursday's league contest, the Wayne County Yellow Jackets (Jesup, GA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets (Brooklet, GA), by a margin of 9-1.
With the triumph, Wayne County moves its record to 17-7 on the year. The Yellow Jackets travel to Jeff Davis (Hazlehurst, GA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league contest on Monday, October 9. The Yellowjackets come into the contest with a record of 20-3. Jeff Davis won 9-5 in their recent league contest against Berrien (Nashville, GA)
