Texas High School Volleyball - Idalou tips Highland Park
October 5, 2024: Idalou, TX 79329 The Idalou Wildcats (Idalou, TX) volleyball held off the visiting Highland Park Hornets (Amarillo, TX), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 20-13 record. They play next when they host Shallowater for a 3A Region I District 2 bout on Tuesday, October 8. Idalou will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Childress (Childress, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 23-11.
With the loss, Highland Park drops to 6-11 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Sanford-Fritch (Fritch, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 2A Region I District 1 bout on Tuesday, October 8. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 23-4. Sanford-Fritch won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Memphis (Memphis, TX)
