Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD), 3-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs confront the Suitland Rams (Forestville, MD) in a challenge, on Wednesday, October 12. Bladensburg will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Bowie (Bowie, MD).

With the loss, Laurel drops to 5-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to Northwestern (Hyattsville, MD) to meet the Wildcats in a Prince George's County 4A test on Monday, October 10.
