September 15, 2022: Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 In Thursday's league game, the Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD) soccer squad overwhelmed the host Wise Pumas (Upper Marlboro, MD), by a final score of 6-1.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD). The Raiders go into the Southern Maryland game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Leonardtown was overwhelmed by Brunswick (Brunswick, MD), 3-2, in a non-league game.
The Pumas (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Bowie (Bowie, MD). The Bulldogs go into the Prince George's County 4A game with a 4-1 record.
