October 6, 2022: Carrollton, GA 30116 In Thursday's league outing, the host Central Lions softball team scored a nice 12-0 win over the Northwest Whitfield Bruins.
Coming up next, the Lions battle the East Paulding Raiders (Dallas, GA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 8. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 19-4 season record. The Raiders enter the outing with a 18-6 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Carrollton (Carrollton, GA).
The Bruins (13-12) will now prepare for their outing against Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA). The Phoenix enter the 4A Region 7 outing with a 11-11 record. In their last outing, Sonoraville was routed by Heritage (Ringgold, GA), 11-3, in a league outing.
