The Roosevelt Mustangs got by the host Norco Cougars flag football team by a score of 18-13 in Monday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs play the Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, October 7. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Bears come into the test with a 14-9 record after their 13-6 non-league loss to Centennial (Corona, CA).

With the defeat, Norco drops to 12-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host Corona (Corona, CA) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Monday, October 13. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 14-13. Corona lost 18-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Santiago (Corona, CA)
