October 7, 2023: Iowa City, IA 52245 The Iowa City Little Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Burlington Grayhounds to 0 in the Little Hawks non-league victory on Saturday.
The Little Hawks now have a 28-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bettendorf for a non-league game on Saturday, October 7. Iowa City will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Clinton (Clinton, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-14.
The Grayhounds (15-19) will now prepare for their game against Muscatine (Muscatine, IA). The Muskies enter the non-league game with a 15-6 record. In their last game, Muscatine gained a win over Davenport Central (Davenport, IA), 3-0, in a league game.
