Louisiana High School Volleyball - Ursuline Academy edged by Central Lafourche
October 7, 2023: New Orleans, LA 70118 The Central Lafourche Trojans held off the host Ursuline Academy Lions volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Trojans now have a 18-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vandebilt Catholic for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 10. Central Lafourche will confront a Terriers team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Dutchtown (Geismar, LA). The Terriers record now stands at 18-6.
The Lions (8-15) will now prepare for their test against Wright (New Orleans, LA). The enter the Division IV District 6 test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Wright was nudged by Booker T. Washington (New Orleans, LA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
