October 7, 2023: Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 The Iowa City Little Hawks topped the host Jefferson Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Little Hawks now have a 28-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bettendorf for a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. Iowa City will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Clinton (Clinton, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-14.
The Hawks (1-28) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (North Liberty, IA). The Lightning go into the Mississippi Valley - Valley game with a 8-12 record. In their last game, Liberty gained a win over Jefferson (Cedar Rapids, IA), 2-0, in a league game.
