October 7, 2024: Charles City, VA 23030 Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech Dragons (Petersburg, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech improves its record to 3-5 on the season. The Dragons travel to Windsor (Windsor, VA) to face the Dukes in a Tri-Rivers test on Tuesday, October 8. The Dukes go into the test with a record of 12-4. Windsor won 3-0 in their recent league test against Franklin (Franklin, VA)
The Panthers now own a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host King & Queen Central for a Tidewater test on Tuesday, October 8. Charles City will face a Royal Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to West Point (West Point, VA). The Royal Tigers record now stands at 6-9.
