Kansas High School Volleyball - Stanton County Southwestern Heights

Southwestern Heights Mustangs (Kismet, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Stanton County Trojans (Johnson, KS), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs (15-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Deerfield (Deerfield, KS). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 5-19 record. In their last challenge, Deerfield beat Moscow (Moscow, KS), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans play the Lakin Broncs (Lakin, KS) in a Hi-Plains challenge, on Saturday, October 11. Stanton County will attempt to upgrade on its 15-13 season record. The Broncs come into the challenge with a 25-4 record after their 0-0 non-league Hugoton (Hugoton, KS).
