With the win, Southwestern Heights improves its record to 13-13 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Deerfield (Deerfield, KS) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 4-18. Deerfield won 2-1 in their recent league battle against Moscow (Moscow, KS)
