The Grassfield Grizzlies volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Western Branch Bruins to 0 in the Grizzlies league triumph on Tuesday.

The Grizzlies now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Nansemond River for a Southeastern outing on Thursday, October 10. Grassfield will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-7.
