The Amphitheater Panthers topped the visiting Cholla Chargers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league game.

Coming up next, the Panthers play the Sahuarita Mustangs (Sahuarita, AZ) in a 4A - Gila game, on Wednesday, October 15. Amphitheater will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 10-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Rio Rico (Rio Rico, AZ).

The Chargers (1-12) will now prepare for their game against Rio Rico (Rio Rico, AZ). The Hawks go into the 4A - Gila game with a 12-5 record. In their last game, Rio Rico gained a win over Douglas (Douglas, AZ), 3-0, in a league outing.
