The Southwest Trojans prevailed the visiting Purdy Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Hurley Tigers (Hurley, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 13. Southwest will attempt to better on its 10-16 season record. The Tigers come into the outing with a 0-11 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Crane (Crane, MO).

With the loss, Purdy drops to 5-12 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Sheldon (Sheldon, MO) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league outing on Monday, October 13. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 1-7.
