November 4, 2024: Saluda, VA 23149 The Middlesex Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Mathews Blue Devils to 0 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Chargers now have a 24-2 record. They play next when they travel to Westmoreland for a non-league outing on Wednesday, November 6. Middlesex will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over West Point (West Point, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 14-10.
With the loss, Mathews drops to 8-13 on the campaign.
