Mississippi High School Basketball - New Site knocked off by West Union
November 11, 2023: Myrtle, MS 38650 The West Union Eagles basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting New Site Royals to 63 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Albany for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 14.
The Royals (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Belgreen (Russellville, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Belgreen ran past Tremont (Tremont, MS), 55-32, in a non-league contest.
