In Saturday's non-league outing, the Mission Eagles (Mission, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Hanna Golden Eagles (Brownsville, TX), by a margin of 68-40.

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Jefferson (San Antonio, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, Jefferson smashed John F. Kennedy (San Antonio, TX), 59-22, in a non-league outing.
