In Friday's non-league test, the Alief Taylor Lions (Houston, TX) basketball squad defeated the visiting Klein Collins Tigers (Spring, TX), by a final score of 66-52.

Next, the Lions clash with the Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, November 19. Alief Taylor will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Hurricanes come into the test with a 8-0 record after their 71-52 non-league win over Tompkins (Katy, TX).
