Texas High School Basketball - Alief Taylor overwhelms George Ranch

The Alief Taylor Lions basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting George Ranch Longhorns to 36 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now possess a 23-4 record. They play next when they travel to Alief Elsik for a 6A Region III District 20 game on Friday, January 17. Alief Taylor will confront a Rams team coming off a 53-43 league loss to Fulshear (Fulshear, TX). The Rams record now stands at 15-12.

With the loss, George Ranch falls to 10-18 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Alief Hastings (Houston, TX) to confront the Bears in a 6A Region III District 20 game on Friday, January 17.
