Wisconsin High School Basketball - Marshall overwhelms Clinton
November 16, 2023: Clinton, WI 53525 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Marshall Cardinals (Marshall, WI) and the host Clinton Cougars (Clinton, WI), saw Marshall's basketball squad wallop Clinton by a tally of 64-37.
With the victory, Marshall improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Adams-Friendship (Adams, WI) to confront the Green Devils in a non-league challenge on Monday, November 20. The Green Devils come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Adams-Friendship lost 53-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Poynette (Poynette, WI)
Next up, the Cougars confront the South Beloit Sobos (South Beloit, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 18. Clinton will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Sobos come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 42-36 non-league loss to Parkview (Orfordville, WI).
