November 16, 2023: Fruitvale, TX 75127 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Fruitvale Bobcats (Fruitvale, TX) and the visiting Rivercrest Rebels (Bogata, TX), saw Fruitvale's basketball squad overcome Rivercrest by a tally of 39-26.
With the victory, Fruitvale improves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Bland (Merit, TX) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 16. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Bland won 42-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Community (Nevada, TX)
Next up, the Rebels confront the Ford Panthers (Quinlan, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 17. Rivercrest will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 27-18 non-league loss to Boles (Quinlan, TX).
