Illinois High School Basketball - Riverdale fells Kewanee
November 17, 2021: Kewanee, IL 61443 Riverdale Rams (Port Byron, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Kewanee Boilermakers (Kewanee, IL), 46-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Riverdale upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rams travel to Freeport (Freeport, IL) to play the Pretzels in a non-league bout on Friday, November 19. The Pretzels go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Boilermakers play the Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 20. Kewanee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 99-28 non-league win over West Prairie (Sciota, IL).
