The Concord Spiders basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Carolina International Comets to 60 in the Spiders non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spiders now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robinson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 22.

The Comets (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
