The Concord Spiders routed the host Carolina International Comets basketball team by a final score of 77-47 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Spiders face the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 30. Concord will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 5-5 record after their 55-39 non-league win over Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC).
