The Valley Rams basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Troup County Tigers to 50 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rams now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Russell County for a non-league contest on Monday, November 21. Valley will battle a Warriors team coming off a 70-36 non-league win over Barbour County (Clayton, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.

The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Greenville (Greenville, GA). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Greenville ran past Troup County (LaGrange, GA), 47-42, in a non-league contest.
