The Ashland Blue Devils (Ashland, MS) basketball crushed the visiting Strayhorn Mustangs (Sarah, MS), 72-40 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Blue Devils now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Jumpertown for a 1A Region 2 bout on Friday, November 22. Ashland will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 49-43 league loss to Falkner (Falkner, MS). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-1.
