South Pontotoc Cougars (Pontotoc, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Bruce Trojans (Bruce, MS), 52-19 in a non-league match.

With the victory, South Pontotoc upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Cougars host Lafayette (Oxford, MS) to face the Commodores in a non-league match on Thursday, November 21. The Commodores enter the match with a record of 3-2. Lafayette lost 75-43 in their recent non-league match against Hernando (Hernando, MS)
