In Thursday's league game, the Panther Creek Panthers (Frisco, TX) football team got by the visiting Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX), by a score of 31-27.

The Panthers (9-1) will now prepare for their game against Kaufman (Kaufman, TX). The Lions come into the non-league game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Kaufman nipped Community (Nevada, TX), 40-21, in a league game.

The Bobcats now sport a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Paris for a non-league game on Friday, November 10. Celina will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 31-0 league win over Mabank (Mabank, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-6.
