Tennessee High School Basketball - Grainger tipped by Jefferson County
November 22, 2023: Rutledge, TN 37861 The Jefferson County Patriots basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Grainger Grizzlies to 63 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Patriots now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 25. Jefferson County will meet a Mountaineers team coming off a 60-40 non-league loss to Northview Academy (Kodak, TN). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-4.
The Grizzlies (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Elizabethton (Elizabethton, TN). The Fighting Cyclones enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record.
