Illinois High School Basketball - Oregon overwhelms Harvard
November 22, 2023: Oregon, IL 61061 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Oregon Hawks (Oregon, IL) and the visiting Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL), saw Oregon's basketball squad wallop Harvard by a tally of 79-46.
With the victory, Oregon improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to South Beloit (South Beloit, IL) to confront the Sobos in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 25. The Sobos come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. South Beloit won 58-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL)
Next up, the Hornets confront the Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Harvard will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 63-35 non-league loss to Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL).
