Illinois High School Basketball - Nazareth Academy can't hold off Stagg
November 23, 2022: Palos Hills, IL 60465 The Stagg Chargers basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Nazareth Academy Roadrunners to 43 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Chargers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Argo for a non-league contest on Friday, November 25. Stagg will battle a Argonauts team coming off a 74-52 non-league loss to Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL). The Argonauts record now stands at 1-1.
The Roadrunners (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Plainfield South nudged Lindblom (Chicago, IL), 53-47, in a non-league contest.
