South Carolina High School Basketball - South Pointe crushes Lower Richland

November 24, 2023: Hopkins, SC 29061

South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC), 62-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, South Pointe upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Stallions travel to Mauldin (Mauldin, SC) to clash with the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 25. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Mauldin won 51-45 in their recent non-league bout against Ridge View (Columbia, SC)

Next up, the Diamond Hornets clash with the Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 25. Lower Richland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Blazers go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 51-45 non-league loss to Mauldin (Mauldin, SC).
