The North Panola Cougars (Sardis, MS) basketball nipped the host Palmer Dragons (Marks, MS), 67-63 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cougars (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Horn Lake (Horn Lake, MS). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Horn Lake was tipped by New Madrid County Central (New Madrid, MO), 74-44, in a non-league test.
