November 25, 2024: Irving, TX 75060 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Bowie Volunteers (Arlington, TX) and the host Nimitz Vikings (Irving, TX), observed Bowie's basketball team overwhelm Nimitz by a margin of 73-27.
The Volunteers (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Lake Ridge trounced Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX), 69-58, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Wilson Wildcats (Dallas, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 3. Nimitz will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 49-9 non-league win over Kimball (Dallas, TX).
