Missouri High School Basketball - McCluer nudges Hickman
November 27, 2023: Columbia, MO 65203 McCluer Comets (Florissant, MO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Hickman Kewpies (Columbia, MO), 58-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, McCluer upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Comets travel to Troy-Buchanan (Troy, MO) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 29. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Troy-Buchanan won 62-54 in their recent non-league bout against Marquette (Chesterfield, MO)
Next up, the Kewpies clash with the Smith-Cotton Tigers (Sedalia, MO) in a Central Missouri bout, on Wednesday, December 6. Hickman will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
