In Wednesday's non-league test, the East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Freedom Patriots (Morganton, NC), by a score of 68-52.

Next, the Cavaliers encounter the Draughn Wildcats (Valdese, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 3. East Burke will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record.

The Patriots (2-2) will now prepare for their test against A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC). The Rockets come into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
