Arkansas High School Basketball - Trumann can't hold off Highland
November 28, 2023: Trumann, AR 72472 The Highland Rebels basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Trumann Wildcats to 54 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rebels now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cave City for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Highland will battle a Cavemen team coming off a 59-49 non-league loss to Bald Knob (Bald Knob, AR). The Cavemen record now stands at 3-4.
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Westside (Jonesboro, AR). The Warriors enter the 4A Region 3 contest with a 2-0 record.
