In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) basketball squad beat the visiting Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC), by a count of 62-52.

The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Falcons go into the 3A South Piedmont outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, West Rowan defeated North Iredell (Olin, NC), 67-47, in a non-league outing.
