Texas High School Basketball - Blackwell fells Rotan
November 28, 2023: Rotan, TX 79546 Blackwell Hornets (Blackwell, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Rotan Yellowhammers (Rotan, TX), 54-40 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Blackwell upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Hornets travel to Hawley (Hawley, TX) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 0-4.
Next up, the Yellowhammers play the Guthrie Jaguars (Guthrie, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Rotan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 33-20 non-league win over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ).
