The Hudson Explorers (Hudson, OH) ice hockey held off the host Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH), 7-6 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Explorers now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Walsh Jesuit for a non-league challenge on Friday, November 28. Hudson will battle a Warriors team coming off a 5-1 league win over Holy Name (Parma Heights, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 2-2.
