Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH) backers exited the stadium content Sunday as they observed their ice hockey squad achieve victory over the host Steele Comets (Amherst, OH), 5-3 in a non-league game.

With the win, Mentor moves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) to battle the Warriors in a non-league contest on Friday, December 12.
