North Carolina High School Basketball - Mount Pleasant fells A.L. Brown

November 29, 2022: Kannapolis, NC 28083

Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 85-72 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mount Pleasant upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Wonders play the Central Academy Cougars (Monroe, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. A.L. Brown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 66-52 non-league win over Union Academy (Monroe, NC).
