Georgia High School Basketball - Sonoraville crushes Unity Christian
November 29, 2022: Rome, GA 30161 Sonoraville Phoenix (Calhoun, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Unity Christian Lions (Rome, GA), 74-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Sonoraville upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Phoenix host Gilmer (Ellijay, GA) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Gilmer won 91-62 in their recent non-league bout against Murphy (Murphy, NC)
Next up, the Lions play the Shiloh Hills Christian Challengers (Kennesaw, GA) in a GAPPS - I-AA Region 1 bout, on Friday, December 2. Unity Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
